1. The concrete block mould needs to be cleaned before use. Be careful not to use cleaning agents containing corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. Such cleaning agents will affect the service life of the mould box.

2. Before using the concrete block mould, a layer of lubricating oil needs to be applied to its inner wall. This step is to facilitate the removal of the test block and also to prevent the inner wall of the mould box from corrosion.

3. During the use of the concrete block mould, the specified number of compactions and compaction strength should be completed in accordance with the standard operating procedures to ensure the accuracy of the test block.

4. After the test block is made, it needs to be placed in a humid environment for maintenance to avoid vibration or impact from external forces.

5. After each use of the concrete block mould, the mould box needs to be checked in time. If the appearance is found to be damaged or deformed, it needs to be replaced in time for the next use. In addition, the concrete block mould also needs to be cleaned and oiled in time to protect the service life of the concrete block mould.
