Equipped with four servo motors on the vibration table and two high-performance Italian motors on the upper structure, the equipment ensures powerful vibration, stable operation, and superior block compaction. To improve operational stability, the brick machine features four airbag shock absorbers positioned at both sides of the vibration system. The mold frame is secured through an airbag clamping mechanism, combined with a pneumatic locking device on the tamper head, enabling fast mold replacement within just 20 minutes. This quick-change system maximizes productivity and reduces downtime.


For long-term durability, internationally renowned components are integrated throughout the equipment. Siemens electronic components ensure precise control and stable performance, while Swedish HARDOX steel is applied to parts in direct contact with concrete materials for enhanced wear resistance. Additionally, the hydraulic system incorporates premium Italian oil pipes and valves, guaranteeing smooth pressure control and extended service life.
