A long-term client approached Quangong Co., Ltd. with a novel concept—the desire to produce corrosion-resistant bricks for engineering projects in harsh environments. This request became the starting point for Quangong's technical team's new R&D initiative. Responding swiftly, Quangong immediately organized a joint effort between its technical personnel and production team. Ultimately, utilizing the QT10 fully automatic brick-making machine, they successfully produced high-strength, highly corrosion-resistant non-fired bricks.

Quangong Co., Ltd. has consistently focused on the R&D and manufacturing of brick-making machinery and intelligent brick production lines. In this corrosion-resistant brick development project, the team fully leveraged the high-precision vibration molding and intelligent control advantages of the QT10 equipment, conducting multiple experimental optimizations in raw material selection, process parameters, and molding pressure. Through continuous prototyping and performance testing, the resulting non-fired bricks and concrete blocks not only demonstrate outstanding resistance to acid and alkali corrosion but also achieve industry-leading levels in compressive strength, density, and surface flatness.
