In the world of architecture, every brick carries unique value. QGM Machinery is well aware that the innovative design of brick-making molds has become an important criterion for measuring the core technical capabilities of equipment manufacturing companies. Excellent brick-making equipment requires not only stable performance, but also flexible customization capabilities to meet different architectural styles and functional requirements.
Recently, QGM Machinery's mold research and development center has ushered in an innovative breakthrough and designed a batch of new brick sample molds with unique shapes and diverse functions, including geometric splicing bricks, special-shaped permeable bricks, imitation stone effect bricks, garden landscape bricks and other categories. It is worth mentioning that in terms of mold material selection, QGM uses high-strength alloy steel and precision heat treatment technology to ensure that the mold has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long-life molding performance, which greatly extends the mold life cycle and reduces customer production costs.

QGONG Mould is not just the cutting of a piece of steel, but also a pursuit of "the ultimate response to customer needs". We design exclusive brick shapes for customers all over the world. Based on the drawings, scene application requirements and aesthetic concepts provided by customers, combined with the physical properties of concrete forming technology, we use multiple rounds of verification processes such as 3D modeling, structural simulation and on-site testing to ensure that each set of moulds meets the strength and density requirements while taking into account visual and functional aesthetics, truly realizing "one brick, one mould, one mould, one product", and providing more possibilities for "customization" for global users.
